Why is money transferred via UPI not added to the Firstock account?
UPI transactions may fail to reflect in your Firstock account for any of the following reasons:
- Unlinked bank account: Your UPI ID might be linked to a bank account that’s not registered with Firstock. These transactions will fail and be reversed within 72 working hours. If there’s a delay, please check with your bank.
- Request timeout: The UPI request was not accepted within 5 minutes of initiation.
- Exceeded transaction limit: You've reached the maximum number allowed for transactions.
- Bank transfer limit exceeded: Your bank’s daily UPI limit is reached
- Incorrect UPI ID: The UPI ID (VPA) entered during the transfer was incorrect.
If you're consistently facing issues while transferring funds via UPI, we recommend trying a different UPI app.
