How to change the Phone/ Mobile Number in Firstock?

Updating your phone number on Firstock ensures you continue to receive important alerts, OTPs, and transaction updates without interruption.

Your phone number is a key part of your account security and communication. Keeping it current helps protect your account from unauthorized access and ensures smooth access to trading and support services.

It’s a simple but crucial step in maintaining control and security of your trading account.

1. Log in to Firstock

• Visit the Firstock web app or open the Firstock mobile app.

2. Navigating to Personal Details

• Go to ‘My Profile’.
• Click on 'Settings'
• Click on ‘Personal Details’.

3. Changing the Phone Number

• Locate the Phone Number field and click the ‘Edit’ icon
• Enter the new Phone number in the provided field

4. Verifying Phone Number

• 'Tick' the verification Check Box to accept the verification statement
• Click on ‘Verify’ to proceed with the Phone Number change
• Enter the 'OTP' received on the new mobile number
• You have now successfully changed and verified your mobile number

Here are some important things to note:

• It will take up to 24 hours to update the Phone Number to your account
