How to Reset Login Password in Firstock?
Resetting your login password is crucial for protecting your Firstock account from unauthorized access.
If you forget your password, the reset option allows you to quickly regain access
Regularly updating your password also helps prevent security risks, especially if you suspect any suspicious activity.
Whether it's due to forgetting or for routine security, resetting your password is a key step in keeping your trading account and personal data safe.
A. FORGOT PASSWORD
2. Changing the Password
Fill in the three fields:
- Current Password
- Enter New Password
- Confirm Password
- Click on 'Update Password' to change the password
Note: The 'new password' and the 'confirm password' should be same
B. SECURITY RESET
1. Log in to Firstock
- Visit the Firstock web app or open the Firstock mobile app.
2. Navigating to Password Section
- Go to ‘My Profile’.
- Click on 'My Profile'
- Click on ‘Password’.
3. Changing the Password
Fill in the three fields:
- Current Password
- Enter New Password
- Confirm Password
- Click on 'Update Password' to change the password
Note: The 'new password' and the 'confirm password' should be same
Here are some important things to note:
- Your New Password must:
- Include Uppercase and lowercase letters
- Contain at least one Numbers
- Include at least one Special characters
- Be 8-12 characters in length
