Why aren't the funds added to my PIS account visible in my Firstock account?
Funds in your PIS account may not reflect in your Firstock account due to the following reasons:
Update Timing: Funds are reflected in your Firstock account one day after they are added to the PIS account. The updates occur during market hours and are not in real-time. Outside of these hours, the ledger balance is visible on the Console.
Account Mapping: Your PIS account might not be mapped with Firstock. Please ensure that your PIS account is properly linked.
Bank Holidays: If funds are transferred on a bank holiday, the update will occur on the next working day.
These measures help maintain synchronization and accuracy between the PIS and Firstock accounts.
